Common questions

What if my business type isn’t listed?

We work with most service businesses. The categories above are starting points—use the configurator or contact us and we’ll put together a custom estimate.

What’s included in the build price?

Design, development, content integration, mobile optimisation, SEO setup, and launch. Essentially everything up to the moment your site goes live.

Do I have to pick a monthly plan?

No. The self-managed option means you host it yourself at zero ongoing cost. We hand over all code and assets. But most clients choose at least Hosted for peace of mind.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time with 30 days’ notice. No penalty, no lock-in.

Do you charge extra for revisions during the build?

No. One to two rounds of feedback are included. If the scope changes significantly, we’ll discuss it before any extra cost is incurred.

What about e-commerce? Is that more expensive?

Typically yes, because it involves product management, cart logic, and payment integration. Our retail/e-commerce starting price reflects that complexity.

Who owns the site after launch?

You do. All code, content, and assets are yours. There is no proprietary lock-in. If you leave, we help you migrate.
